Bespoke Extras Ltd only offer mobile installations. This means we visit to you at either your home or workplace to carry out the work.
We are fully insured with public liability we also have motor trade insurance not that we do drive your vehicle if it needs moving we normally ask you while explaining the work being carried out but as we are in control of the keys while carrying out the work the law says we have to be insured to drive your vehicle this is why we have a motor trade policy to protect us and your vehicle.

All payments are due on completion of works & before we leave site , anyone wanting to set up an account to make payment must make it clear when booking that they wish to set up a 30 day payment agreement not on submission of invoice
Any parts specially ordered like trackers when we are supplying the first years subscription customers are required to pay before installation due to the unit being registered to the customer before it’s installed
Warranty is 1 year on all works carried out & 1 year on parts that have been supplied by Bespoke Extras Ltd any customer supplied parts are not covered by any warranty and chargeable to investigate fault
